Independent Template Validation: All pre-configured starter and global templates are reference baselines only. The Organization must independently review, adjust, and approve all document types, required validity months, and renewal intervals before volunteer use.
Compliance Officer Duty: The Organization's designated Compliance Officer is strictly responsible for viewing, inspecting, and validating that submitted documents are authentic, unaltered, current, and issued by legitimate authorities.
